Something's Different

I have Visio 2002 on my home computer (Win2K) and on my office computer
(XP Pro), and the program looks very different between the two. The
window on the left from which you drag and drop the process elements in
a flow chart looks completely different between the two. Do I have
something set wrong, or does Visio have a different look and feel
between the two operating systems? The Win2K installation looks like an
old version of Visio, but both programs are Visio 2002 SP2. Both
programs were purchased at the same time, and the installation disks are
identical.
