Sometimes buttons (to call VBA) resize or reduce or font increase

I have some VBA code and I use buttons in VB tool bar to call those
functions. Sometimes the buttons resize on click of it and shrinks as I keep
clicking them or the fonts on it grows bigger in size when I click them
continuously. I dont know why this happens. Pls, help me out in this.
