Have a user who intermittently get stuck on adding a new contact in outlook.
She creates it then when she is typing in the details she cannot type.
Also had another user when forwarding emails he cant type. As a result they
both have to close the email / contact and start again then it works.
Tried copying mshtmler.dll to system32 folder but don’t think this makes a
difference. Both users are working on citrix.
