Sometimie Error Message

I have a report that gives me a the following error messag when I try to run
it from the Switchboard

There was an error executing the command
-------------------------------------------------------

I do not get this error everytime - Sometimes the report prints and
sometimes it gives me the error message


When I try to run the report from the reports tab I get the following error
