Sony Ericsson PC Suite sync problem

I have a Sony Ericsson p1i phone and for the last two weeks it has been in
sync with outlook 2007 with no problems at all.
Today the sync fails with "folder not found".

If I change the sync software to use Outlook express instead of Outlook 2007
it works fine.
Another person in my company is working fine.

From all the tests I have done it is pointing to an issue with Outlook 2007.

Any ideas?
