BUMMER----i have done the cleaner, i have done the "detect and repair" and it
still keeps closing and i keep losing all my work

One thing you can do is check you have all Office & Windows updates from the Microsoft Update site
- and make sure your video card driver is the latest one

i've tried that too--it still closes. is this something i gotta call
