Hi I am trying to send an single email to an address that I have sent to before many times ([email protected]).The address is correct but i keep getting an unable to send error message 17099 sorry, no mailbox here by that name (#5.1.1)

(I can send it from Outlook on my PC but not from Entourage on my Mac)

Can you help please?
