sort a list alphabetically

I have Office 2002 and Word. I have tried all the Help
keys to solve this.
How do I SORT a List of names alphabetically?
I've tried under Table and Sort. I have no option Sort
under the Table tab.

If you don't find Sort on the Table menu (and you don't have adaptive menus
enabled), then you need to add it back using Tools | Customize. See
