Sort across two or more sheets

I need to sort an entire workbook...is there any way to
do this? Specifically, across Sheet1 then onto Sheet2.

Do you mean you want to sort sheet1, then sheet2 or you want to sort the data on
sheet1 and the data on sheet2 as one giant sort?

If the first, yep, no problem (so that can't be what you mean!)

If the second, can all the data fit on one worksheet? If yes, then do that and
sort it.

If it's over 65k lines, you might want to try something else to sort it.
