Hi,

I am exchange server mail user and using Outlook 2007 in my company.

I usually get lots of mails daily and when i try to sort mails on subject
(either it has meaningful subjects or subjects having only FWD:, RE: etc.,)
it is not sorting properly. Instead of showing the related mails in group
what i sorted subject wise, it is showing other blank subject mails having RE:
etc.,

Because of this i am again taking much time to find out the subject where i
clicked to sort.

Can anyone help on this ?

I can't do anything on Exchange server as i am just an user. Is there
anything i can do (either programatically or with the available options in
outlook) to sort the mails on subjectwise properly?

Please help.

Thanks in advance,

Chandra

You can try to Group By Conversation instead. Otherwise; you should simply
put in a subject ;-)

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your reply. Grouping by Conversation would be good idea......

But i just say few valid points here...

Since i am business mail user, i usually get 100s of mails everyday... So, i
used to (should) keep mails always in Group by Date so then only i can watch
what mails has come for that time...

I usually will not reply all the mails. When i think to reply some of the
mail, i sort it subjectwise to check whether anybody (other peoples in that
mail) was replied. Only few mails are not grouping by subjects. few other
mails are able to order by subject. What could be the problem ? is there
anyway to sort this issue programatically otherwise?

Please advise.

Thanks once again and looking forward to hear some solution.
