In Microsoft 2003, in the inbox, i could click on the "from" column to sort.
I then could click on any letter (or number) and it would go to the first
email starting with that letter.
In Microsoft 2007, I can not do this in the "from" column in the inbox. In
the inbox I can do it using the "subject" column. I have tried other folders
(such as "sent items", and I was able to sort by the "from" column, then hit
a letter of the alphabet and it takes me to the first email starting with
that letter.
I have looked for settings, I have tried to re-order the columns, but no luck.
Any suggestions?
