Sort flitered posts in web based newsreader

Sure wish you would implement some sorting in the filtered records of your
web-based newsreader. When you enter a value in the "Search For" field, the
results do not appear to come back in any order. It would be helpful if the
results appeared in descending order (by date) of either the original post,
or of the most recent post to that thread.

Dale, you may want to do what almost all the MVP's and other regulars to - use
a Newsreader rather than the very frustrating webpage. You can point Outlook
Express or Windows Mail to msnews.microsoft.com and get the same content with
far fewer hassles.

Thanks, Chris, for your input, but I am using the Microsoft Web-based
newsreader for this post, and they have an option for posting suggestions to
microsoft on their page. Did not realize that the message would also post to
all the other newsreaders.

Unfortunately, I am unable to use Outlook Express or any of the other
newsreaders while at work, so I have to use the web-based newsreader. What
bothers me about this web-based newsreader is that they are able to present
the unfiltered messages in descending order by date of thread creation, but
as soon as you try to filter the messages, they return the results in no
particular order, making it difficult to find the most recent posts relating
to the filter.

If you go to the link below, click on the I Agree button on the bottom right
side of the page.

Chris,

I assume you are an Escher fan. I really enjoy his work, have a couple of
prints and a book that contains a bunch of his other work.
