Sort in a reapeating table

Hi,

Is there any way to sort by A-Z or by anything else( like a function
president first after vice-president,..) a reapeating table.

But can you a little more develop because I know how to select select
a row but for say sort A-Z I don't know how to do? Can you just give
me a method or anything else that can help me to realize this.

And If you have time can you give me a little explanation about how to
create a row with code( Jscript or C#) in a button click
