Sort of folders names in my notebook

I want to sort or chose the order in which the folder file names are listed under mynotebook and across on the tabs. That is, lets say I have "smith", "jones" and "effie" as folder names

I want them to be listed as

effi
smit
jone

How to do that.

Only manually, by right-clicking on the tab and
selecting "Move".

That would be useful. I don't think a "sort" feature would be as useful,
but if MS can get the section tabs and note tabs to behave the same way
that their counterparts in Excel do, then that would be great.
