Sort order of contacts when used to email.

I have my Contacts sorted so the "File As" shows Company,
then Last Name, then First Name.

When I click on TO: to send an email I would like the
drop down list for my contacts to display the same as
what is in my "File As" line in the contact card.

How do I do this?

I will have to guess which Outlook version you are using, so this answer may
not apply to you.
Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
Post your Outlook version if you want accurate answers.
