Sort outlook folder size information box by folder size

This is a suggestion for improvement: The only time I use the outlook folder
size information dialog is when I am told by my network administrator that my
mailbox is too large and I need to delete stuff. What I want to find out
from the list of folder sizes ia which one is the largest so that I can begin
to clean up there.

The folder size box is sorted alphabetically, I would like to propose that
you are able to sort by folder size (for example by doubleclicking on the
column heading as you can in so many other products).

Basically the folder is size irrelevant; it is about the items itself. You
can create a Search Folder that scans your mailbox for large message items.
Additionally you can do the same for old e-mails. Both are standard Search
Folders which you can create via File-> New-> Search Folder
