Sort Section Powertoy

I can not get "Sort Sections" to install properly under Vista.

I installed twice and tried a reapiar.
It does not appear on the list of Add-ins :-(

I have "Sort Pages" installed. It works well.

It does not appear on the list of Add-ins :-(

I have "Sort Pages" installed. It works well.

Problem solved.
Add-in shown and WAD.
I cannot say how and why - possibly a system re-start <??>
