sort that will only contain conditional formatted cells

I've now been able to finish the pivot report I've been
working on highlighting drop in revenues after 3
consecutive months, with much help from many of you and
now have been asked to sort this report so that only the
rows that contain the conditional formatting that reflects
these drops show up for the CEO's use. If anyone can give
me advice on how to do a sort to only reflect these rows
it will be appreciated.

i have read in earlier posts on this site, people (the enlightened
ones, like the MVPs) usually do not advise sorting by colour...
