Sort view

Is there a way that I can have Global Address List first,
then All Address List, All Contacts, All Groups, All
Usrs, then "Contacts" which is first list currently.
I like to move the list order.
Is ther any way I can move it down?

Perhaps.
Rather hard to say. You posted no information.
At least start with your Outlook version. Include anything else you may
think is relevant, like the view to which you are referring.
