Sorting Ascending Subgroup in a Pivot Tables - 2007

is there a way to sort the subgroup of a pivot table in Excel 2007?

For example, if the pivot table has row headers State, then City. The
Value is Count of Population.

What would i need to do to sort values for the state Ascending, as
well as the values for the City Ascending.

I have been unable to figure out how to sort the City Values Ascending
(can only do it for the State values) thus far.

Sample Output needed is:

State City
CO Denver 500,000
CO City 2 400,000
CO City 3 300,000
