sorting by Contact Financial Rating

how can i sort by contact financial rating. i use this to evaluate the
quality of my contacts, and i occasionally need to sort by this like with a
category sort, but i can't get BCM to do it. i noticed that i can run a
report for Rating, but that doesn't help me. i don't want to add this
"quality" rating into my Categories list, because that is already too
cluttered. is there a way to get sort my contacts by Rating?

Hi,
To create Customized views, please do the following steps.
1. Goto the Business Contacts folder.
2. Goto View->Arrange By->Current View->Define Views
3. In the dialog box "Custom View Organizer", select "[By Account]" and
click on the "Copy" button.
4. Give a name to the new view and select the radio button "This folder,
visible to everyone". Click OK
5. Click on "Fileds" in "Customize View: Test view" dialog box.
6. In "Show Fields" dialog, select "User-defined fields in folder" in the
drop down for "Select available fields from:"
7. Select "Business Rating" from "Available fields" and click on "Add->"
button. Click on OK
8. Click on "Sort" in "Customize View: Test view" dialog box.
9. In the "sort" dialog, select "User-defined fields in folder" in the drop
down for "Select available fields from:"
10. Select "Business Rating" in Sort items by. Click OK
11. Click "Apply View"

Your Busines Contacts should now appear sorted by the Business Finacial
rating.
