Sorting by Resource

Is there a way to sort projects in the Gantt chart by
individual resources like an excel file? I can sort
alphabetically ascending or descending, but say I want to
sort by only resource "Sally" or "John," is that possible?

When you say "sort by only resource Sally or John", do you mean that
what you want to see are only those tasks for which Sally or John are
assigned? This isn't really sorting. It's called "filtering". On the
Menu: Project, pick the option Filtered for, and pick one of the
options. The one "using resource..." is probably the one you want.
