Sorting Contacts in New Email - Add Address

I am not happy that in Office XP you cannot sort the contact/address list
when you add and address to a new message. Unless I am missing something
this feature (clicking on the field button at the top) like excel has been
dropped. It is a pain to have to scroll down the list (3000).

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there

That is still pretty weak. You used to be able to sort by email address,
etc on the fly. I cannot imagine that this is not a well missed feature.

It was never a feature in Outlook, only Outlook Express. You must have been
using IMO mode of Outlook which used OE's address book engine.
