Sorting data

Hi,
I need help in sorting data.
I need to sort the records under the Units Sold and Commission in
descending order of Vehicle Type.
Units Sold:
Car 3 0 2 0 0
Van 2 3 0 4 1
Lorry 1 0 5 3 2
Commission:
Car $9,000 $0 $6,000 $0 $0
Van $16,000 $24,000 $0 $32,000 $8,000
Lorry $7,500 $0 $37,500 $22,500 $15,000
But I encountered problems sorting as theres isnt Commission in the
Then By column.

Dear Valerie.

To be able to do this you will need to highlight each
section of the data in turn - eg under the Units Sold
section highlight just the numbers then click on the data
menu and select sort. when the sorting window opens, click
on the 'Options' button at the bottom left of the window.
In there you will need to click on the 'Sort left to
right' radio button to enable you to sort by rows instead
of columns. OK that and then sort by row 1 descending,
then by row 2 descending, and then by row 3 descending.
Highlight and sort the Commission section in the same way.
Yor results set should now look like this:

Units Sold:
Van 4 3 2 1 0
Lorry 5 3 2 1 0
Car 3 2 0 0 0
Commission:
Van $8,000 $32,000 $24,000 $16,000 $0
Lorry $7,500 $37,500 $22,500 $15,000 $0
Car $9,000 $6,000 $0 $0 $0
