Sorting from right to left???

Jennifer, build a macro that inserts a column, in that
column, insert the (RIGHT) FORULA. This should take the
last 4 numbers from each 10 digit number and display them
in your new column. Then sort in ascending or descending
order. Might be a shorter way, but this will work.
