Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Why, when I use the sort on a column, doesnt all the data columns follow suit to the sort, only that particular column that I've indicated I'd like to sort by changes, not the entire table?

Because you used Sort on a "Column".

If you want to sort the whole sheet, select the data that you want to sort
