SORTING INCOMING EMAILS

[Secretary to BD]

when we recieve emails like from a certain group (i.e. ebay) can we send all
ebay emails to a certain folder on the computer instead of having them come
into the inbox. We are trying to achieve the same concept as the junk email
folder on the Outlook program.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
