Hi. I have several email accounts, each from a different domain, that I check with Outlook. Currently I have a rule that filters the emails by domain. So for example, one rule sends all emails with "@hotmail.com" in the "TO" field to my hotmail email folder, and one sends all email with "@yahoo.com" to my yahoo email folder, etc.
The problem is, some email comes in with the full email address hidden. I suspect it's because these are from people with my name already in their contacts list, so mail comes in with only my name in the "TO" field, without the "@domain.com" appended. In this case, my rule cannot separate out the emails. So I was wondering, is there a way to tell Outlook to always display the full email address? For example, this is not an issue in Eudora, because it always lists email addresses like this: "Emery Wang"<mailto:[email protected]>.
Thanks for the help,
