sorting notes by color

I'm trying to sort my Notes by Color and then by Subject. I'm assuming the
"Color" is the "Category" I've assigned to a note. When the sort is done it
sorts by "Color" except for one of the colors which is just included in the
default color and sorted by. the Subject. What am I missing here?

Assuming Outlook 2007, if you're trying to sort by category, you can't.
Instead, group by category.
