Outlook 2003, Part of MS Office Professional 2003.
In the Address Card View
I would like to sort the contacts by Company name, then Last name, First Name.
When I imported all of the contacts this worked. I selected File as, and the
option was there. When I add new contacts this option is not available, I get
Company name, First name, Last name. The result is that many of my contacts
are in the order - Company name, Last name, First Name and then the rest are
in the order - Company name, First name, Last name. How do I acheive what I
want and if that is not possible how do I at least get them all the same?
My settings are;
Tools, Options, Contacts, Contact Options,
Default "Full Name" LastFirst
Default "File As" Company(LastFirst)
Tools, Email Accounts, View or change existing directories,
Outlook Address Book, change,
Contacts: Personal Folders, File As (Smith, John)
I know this is a lot of reading, but I would appreciate any help that is out
there.
