Sorting Problem

Season's Greetings.

I am using MS Word 2003 and I have a problem with the sorting function. I
have a huge list of Greek words in UNICODE Gentium font (similar to Palatino
Linotype), and they won't sort the way I want them to. There is an option
for Greek language sort, but this doesn't seem to work. The list after
sorting is as follows:

ᾅδης (?!)

δυσάτακτος

καταÏγεῖν
κατασφαλίζεσθαι
κατάÏγησις

á¼Î¾Î±Ï€Î¿Ïεῖσθαι
á¼Î¾Î±ÏƒÎ¸ÎµÎ½Îµá¿–ν

ἀπαδικεῖν
ἀπαναισχυντεῖν
παÏασφαλίζεσθαι

As you can see, sorting in this font is a problem, but I have not other
choice but to use this font. Any suggestions or solutions?

The empty boxes that appeared after I posted this are accented letters, and
the one's down at the bottom are alphas. This is hard to explain, but
suffice it to say that the sorting in UNICODE presents a problem.
