sorting with autoshape objects

I have a worksheet that contains data in cells, as well as
autoshape objects making a schedule. I have the property
of the objects set to Move but don't size with cells.
However when I try to sort the worksheet the autoshapes
don't stay with their rows. Any suggestions???

Hi Jill if the shape is within a cell you can sort
if you are sorting rows you can touch at the left and right
but not top and bottom of cell.

Right-Click on the outline of the picture to format the shape,
"Format Picture", on the Properties tab,
move but do not resize with cells

Can set zoom to 200% to help you not touch the upper and lower
cell borders if or when you resize the picture..
