Hello All,
This is a general question on how to proceed. I have a very specialized
access data entry form that requires the use of sounds as part of the user
interface. I have found the various api-based code samples that members of
this forum and others have provided (this is much appreciated) for playing
..wav files but I am hoping for a faster response on playing the sound. Is it
possible to pull the sounds up into memory when the form opens, then call
them when I need them? Is this best done by inserting the sound as an OLE
object? If so, is this a RunCommand sort of thing? I have no OLE experience.
Thanking you in advance,
Bill
