After updating, I went to use word and my background sound did not play. I
went to check and when I pressed the sound tool it stated that the obect was
created in HTMLinlinesoundctl and the the application was not able to open
the object. How can I fix the problem

This is a known problem that will be addressed in a future fix from
Microsoft.

Icmihs,

Nagendra from Microsoft Consumer Support for Business Applications sent me
an e-mail stating:

"It is true that it would not be wise to uninstall Windows XP SP2
now.....Yes Microsoft is working on bringing out a patch to resolve this
problem. Lets wait till the patch is released."
