Sound File does not play through ppt

I am trying to get a audio file to play through a presentation - All
the way through and not restarting at each slide

Created the presentation
set timings to show a new slide every five seconds
went to insert "movies and sounds"
then to "Sound from Files
Clicked on that to insert (had converted to WAV

Play slide show and the song starts over at each slide - Regardless
if I have the loop function clicked on or off.

Any help is appreciated!

Insert the sound using the SlideShow menu instead of the insert menu.
