sound files in excel?

Is there a way to put a wav file into an excel spreadsheet? Like in it's own
cell, like how you can do with a clip art graphic?

Have you tried yet? If not, check out Insert>Object>Wave Sound or perhaps
Insert>Object>Midi Sequence
