SOUND FOR MY REMINDER

I SET REMINDERS BUT IF I AM AT ANOTHER DESK I DON'T SEE
THEM. HOW DO I MAKE A BEEP OR OTHER SOUND. I ALREADY
WENT TO THE CONTROL PANEL AND CHOOSE A SOUND SCHEME BUT
WHEN I CLICK ON THE BUZZER PICTURE AND CHOOSE THAT SOUND
IT SAYS SOUND NOT ON SYSTEM. IS THERE A WAY TO DOWNLOAD
SOUNDS TO OUTLOOK SEPERATELY?
