sound oddity?!

Hello,

I have a presentation with 2 slides and I wish to play a .wav file of
some piano music, across both slides.

At the moment - when I press the enter key and move from the first to
the second slide it seems that I am getting 2 version of the music
played on top of each other!

Ideas please.

Geoff,
You did not insert your music in the master slide by any chance? If so
delete it there and insert it in the first slide. Follow the directions
given in the following link:

Thanks for your reply ... it looks as if the problem was due to the
fact that under Custom animation I had removed the ref to the wav file
thinking that I had therefore removed the sound file - but the sound
icon was still on the slide so I had then added the sound file again
etc!
