Greetings,
I am trying to have a sound clip play over two slides in a powerpoint
presentation. It is almost working, but not quite the way I want it
to.
Here’s what I’m doing:
I have two graphics for the first slide, and then one for the second
slide.
I choose Slide Show, and then Custom Animation.
I first highlighted the second graphic, and give it a fade-in effect.
Then, I highlight the audio clip, and choose "add effect."
Under media I choose "Play."
On Start I choose "On Click."
Then I choose "Effect Options."
Then "Media"
Stop Play "After 2 Slides."
I don’t change anything else.
When I run it...I get to the slide and this is what happens.
The first image loads with the slide.
I click on the speak icon to start playback, which works.
I click the screen and the next graphic fades in, and the sound still
plays.
But when I click the screen again, rather than continuing playback and
going to the next slide, it begins playback again from the beginning.
Then, on the next click, it goes to the next slide, continuing
playback as I want it to.
Very strange. What am I missing??
