Sound Problems in Outlook 2008 Beta2 Refresh

I can't seem to get any sound when new mail arrives. Before downloading the
above from Outlook 2003 I would get a sound "you have new mail" Now
nothing. I have checked the notification sound when new messages arrive
box, the reminders and reminder sounds box and the extra sound effects in MS
Office programs box. I have looked through the MSN settings and Connector
settings and can't find much to check. My speakers are working perfectly and
the sound is turned way up. Anybody else having the same problems? Anybody
have any thoughts. Thanks.
