sound simulatenously

I am using ppoint 2000.

How do you play sound simulatenously?

I added a wav sound to the slide transiton on the first slide.

However, I want to on certain slides add another sound. So I inserted a
sound file. However the previous music that was on the tranistion stops. I
want it to continue so that the background music (slide transtion music) and
the sound I inserted are playing.

PLEASE HELP PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP

Not every sound card is capable of playing two sounds at the same time. Can
you try to play your presentation on another computer and see if it works
there?
