Sound when opening Office application

Hi All,

When my collaegue sitting next to me opens an Office 2003
application, we hear a really annoying sound. I've checked the Sounds
Settings in XP, there is no sound associated to the "open program"
action. How do we stop office from making this sound, without muting
his sounds altogether?

Figure out which sound it is. Look at all of the sound commands. Turn off
the ones that trigger that sound.
