'Sounds' Don't Sound.

Hi,

My Entourage sounds have stopped working. I have gone into
preferences>notifications, and all the boxes are checked except for 'no mail
sound' and no 'mail error sound', just as they've been set for some time,
with 'default' chosen in the drop down menu. How can I fix this?

Make sure that your volume is turned up and that you can hear sounds from
other applications.

Well, Mickey. That's a little embarrasing. I had "Mute" checked. Why I
don't know. Thanks.
