Source code for Toggle Work Offline script app?

Would it possible to obtain the source code for this Script Application:
http://www.entourage.mvps.org/downloads/scripts/Toggle_Work_Offline.zip

The app works great but it has a bug in that it starts Entourage when
executed (I only want it to toggle offline mode if Entourage is already
running.)

I'll see if I can get it for you.

My suggestion would be to add a Schedule: On Quit | run AppleScript script |
Work Offline.

This way Entourage is offline when you open it. No need to have this
function if Entourage is closed.

I use this schedule so when I switch Identities for testing I don't
automatically start some schedule and download mail.
