Source Control: Check In option is not available!

Greetings, I've somehow been put in charge of a SharePoint
Services 2003 site. I was experimenting ways to modify it
via FrontPage, and in the process tested the Source
Control Check Out feature. Unfortunately, the Check In
option is not visible, nor is the Undo Check Out.

I need to get this page checked back in. Is there any way
to override Source Control?

In FP Tools Web Settings General Tab (turn off checkin)
(also available in the SharePoint Admin pages)
