Source of Angle Brackets

I am currently working with a user who is using Outlook 2003 and everytime we
type in a certain individuals name it would auto populate with the correct
name, however the name is correct but the source in the Angle Brackets is way
off and doesn't even show the correct email address.. Now if you hit the tab
button it will go away and you will be left with the correct name and it will
go to the correct email address... I have tried to delete it by just
highlighting it and hitting delete but it comes back once I type in the full
email address it defaults back to that... Here is what it looks like:
Straughan, Lisa <aux_ywwyioudsladf>

This is what it should look like:

Straughan, Lisa <[email protected]>

So I have checked the exchange server as welll as the Active directory and
her email shows everthing just fine...

How do I get that jibberish out of the auto complete... I have checked every
where online and the closest thing I could find was on this website which is
exactly the same issue I have but there is no resolution on there.... here is
the other website:

Someone please help me..... I have been working on this forever it seems
like.....

Nope non of it worked... I have renamed the NK2 file and it gets rid of every
auto populate, however when I type the email address out right like this
(e-mail address removed) and then tab down to the subject that email
address becomes Straughan, Lisa and thats all it reads because she is in my
GAL.... So when I go back to send another message and I type in the first 3
letters of her name it pops this up Straughan, Lisa <aux_ywwyioudsladf>
again.... Its like its saved somewhere but where... If I delete my NK2 you
would think its gone but its not because she is saved in the GAL with that
Name and the alias is <aux_ywwyioudladf>....How do I change the alias... ..
Thank you for your help but it didn't work... Back to the grind stone....
