Source or atleast a Lead

Hey Guys,
I need help in the following:
* Conversion (design, execute, test) of Word Templates, Outlook
forms from Office 2000 to Office 2003

It will be great if someone can send me some links, or book names where
I can learn abt this and some VBA Office programming...
