SP-3 Install Failure

I have not been able to install SP-3. It keeps asking for
Data1.msi I have the original Office Professional CD (OEM
version), which has a file called data1.msi but this does
not appear to be the right one. The process seems to
encounter trouble when it is attempting to install Word
2000.

Any advice on how to resolve would be greatly appreciated.
