SP1 can't finish download?

I've restart my dialup ISP about 8 times. It turns off
before the download is finish. So I have to redail and
start over, each time it gets a little further.
IS there someone to call and have the update mailed to me.
I only got the MS-Office in June this year.
Does anyone know? Please help

Office 2003 SP-1 will be made available via a CD later this month or early
next month. You can wait and order it (normally just S&H charges apply) -
just keep watching the Office website.
