SP1 crashes - SKU111.dat is missing

Running Office XP Pro, Windows XP Pro, SP2.

Can't install Office SP1 - the install crashes with a
message asking for sku111.dat on the CD.

SKU111.dat is not on the CD. Where can I find it? Is it downloadable?
